FIOR are delighted to announce that Billy Graham has joined the team. Billy retired from Police Scotland in November 2014 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in security risk assessment, incident planning and management to FIOR.

Billy is already heavily engaged in with the FIOR team in their delivery of the 2015 programme of table top simulation exercises and live play exercises to the client list and will be a valuable addition to our team.
